Start by getting a good night sleep. You bed should be a place of relaxation. You should not be stressing about tomorrow in your bed. Try reading to help you relax. Avoid bringing your laptop, cellphone, and other things that cause stress into your bed.

Make a list of things to do so that you can anticipate daily stress. By doing this, you remember what needs to be done, as well as what you have accomplished.

Don't assume that everything is going to turn out horrible. Chances are, you imagine things are going to worse then they really are. Instead assume things will go well.

Relax by taking a walk, reading, taking deep breaths, and taking a break from what you were doing. Avoid watching tv as this is more of a mindless activity that wont help you.

Reduce anger by giving people more empathy rather than anger. Instead of criticizing, give feedback. Most people are trying to do their best just as you are.

Finally, eat well and exercise. Eat natural food, rather then processed or packaged food. You body needs nutrients to deal with daily life. Eating the wrong foods will put your body in stress. Fruits and veggies are good for you in many ways. Also increase exercise. Take the stairs. Walk to the corner store rather than driving.
